In the north of Far West Nepal, there is a nearly untouched part of the Himalayan Mountains. Under the high peaks of Mount Api (7132 m) and Mount Saipal (7031 m), both the area’s natural beauty and the traditions of the local people have been undisturbed. The region’s cultural heritage is characterized by the ancient trading and pilgrimage routes between India and China, but overall you can find Tibetan culture, while trekking through the rural villages and majestic mountains of the Far Western Himalayans.
